The gameplay loop balances administrative duties of operating a medical facility with relationship progression typical of a dating sim. As the doctor becomes more embedded in town life, the narrative branches into various social situations that can develop into romantic storylines with specific characters.

Windows

Grab the Windows (or Win/Linux) pack from the download section on this page.
Extract with 7-Zip, WinRAR, or Windows Explorer until you see a real .exe (not still inside a nested zip).
Launch that exe. If Windows SmartScreen appears, use More info → Run anyway only when you trust the mirror.

Linux

Extract the archive, then mark the binary executable if needed (chmod +x on the game file).
Run from a terminal if double-click does nothing; missing libraries are the usual culprit.

However, I got a little carried away and decided to extend the beach storyline, which means the Sanity system will continue into the next Episode. The rewards tied to it will also be delivered then—for those of you who manage to stay sane, of course.There's also a new button on the main menu that gives you access to the Lore Stories. These optional stories will explore everything from horror and mystery to mind-bending events, character backstories, and even some darker or more unusual content. The first Lore Story is already available to unlock, and I hope you enjoy it.
