The game Pill King places you in the center of a sandbox environment where the boundaries of morality are tested. The narrative explores themes of cheating, corruption, and the breakdown of social norms as you navigate relationships with the residents around you. From intimate encounters involving anal and vaginal sex to more extreme fetishes like exhibitionism and voyeurism, the story adapts to your choices.
