Game Overview

Powers That Reshape the Pokémon World

Pokémon Cultivation drops you into a reimagined version of the Emerald region with abilities no ordinary trainer possesses. Under the right conditions, you can compel others to submit to your will, turning familiar encounters into something far more manipulative than the source material ever allowed. A second power lets you mate with Pokémon carrying a particular gene, producing unique offspring that add a breeding layer to the adventure.

Chosen by Accident

The reason you arrive with these gifts is a dream visitation from a mysterious woman. She admits to making a mistake while having “a bit of fun,” an error that could trigger mass extinction if left uncorrected. With no preparation, you are pulled from your own world into the Pokémon land as her chosen fixer, promised a great reward if you survive the danger she only vaguely acknowledges.

What Awaits in the Enchanted Land

The Pokémon world is described as enchanting, but the looming extinction threat gives your exploration real stakes. Your unique abilities and the offspring you create presumably factor into preventing catastrophe, though how exactly remains for players to discover as the journey unfolds across this reworked Emerald map.

New features: Multiselect Mode
A new PC storage feature has been added to make box management much faster.
While in the PC, press Action/Z to cycle through the cursor modes:
Normal → Quick Swap → Multiselect → Normal
In Multiselect Mode, you can select multiple Pokémon at once and move, sort, or release them in bulk.
How it works:
Press Confirm/Use on a boxed Pokémon to select it.
Press Cancel/Back on a selected Pokémon to deselect it.
Press Action/Z on a selected Pokémon to pick up all selected Pokémon at once.
Then press Confirm/Use on an empty slot to place them back down.
If there are enough open slots, they will automatically fill in from that spot onward.
You can also press Confirm/Use on the box name/top bar to open extra options:
Select All — selects every Pokémon in the current box.
Deselect Box — clears selections in the current box.
Sort — sorts the current box by Type, Shiny, or Dex number.
