Running the Club Day to Day

Time and money are constantly in tension. Renovations, decorations, and expansions draw larger crowds, while staff wages and operating costs eat into the budget. Dancers, bartenders, and other employees must be hired, trained, and supervised, with personal relationships influencing how well they perform on the floor.

Politics and Rivals

City laws can be navigated and influenced, giving the player room to push for the freedoms needed to operate openly. At the same time, four competing clubs chase the same market, so holding onto patrons means keeping the business attractive while rivals struggle to keep up.
