The apocalypse came and went, and what humanity needs now is not another hero with a gun. DickCare begins with a different kind of premise: your sperm is the cure, and the women still alive are counting on you to deliver it. There is no grind padding the runtime, no tedious quest log to chip away at. The game gets you to the girls and lets the rest happen.

Each girl is someone you want and choose to be with, and the framing leans into that desire instead of disguising it behind stats.
